Day - 2: Another shot of the Skybolt.
This launch attempt marked the fourth attempt at using this model for the Streamer Duration event (the previous
three flights either DQed or had a cato). Viewed: 137 times.
|
Day - 2: The Skybolt got a really cool
flight on a D12-7; drifted well downrange at the JSC field. I spotted this streamer on the power lines (not sure the story here). Almost couldn't find the Skybolt (muddy spots on the field cause me to loose my line-of-sight during recovery). Viewed: 141 times.

great shape; finally got a qualified flight in the D/E Streamer Duration! Viewed: 130 times.

Day - 2: View of Skybolt with the launch site to give perspective. My many thanks to Loretta Hawkins for lending me the streamer material (I left mine at home!!). Thanks, Loretta!! Viewed: 130 times.
